I was born and grew up in The Philippines until the age of eight, and have primarily resided in the New York City since the early 1990s. I say “mostly” because I spent four formative years stationed in Japan with the US Navy. Growing in NYC, I came to deeply appreciate its remarkable diversity while still finding a piece of home.

Twelve years ago, after exploring various career paths, I embarked on my journey into photography. It didn’t take long to find my way into weddings. Part of the excitement is that every wedding is different in some way. Every couple’s dynamics are different, every love story is inspiring and my job is to capture photos that are enduring.

On your wedding day, you can count on me to be a calming, adaptable presence, easily handling any unexpected situations. You can rest assured that you’ll be in good hands with me and my team.

While I absolutely love to document some of the happiest moments of my couples’ lives, my passion extends beyond capturing the beautiful moments of your day. When I’m not photographing weddings, I’m usually my wife’s personal photographer (half-kidding) and we both love to travel and experience new cultures.  My work has been published in the New York Times, Time Out New York, New Yorker Magazine, and many more (if you care about accolades).
