Our wedding collections begin at $3,950. We offer three: The Classic includes up to six hours of coverage with one photographer; The Signature, our most popular, includes up to eight hours with two photographers; and The Heirloom includes up to ten hours with two photographers, an engagement session and a wedding album. What is included in your wedding packages?
Every package includes professional coverage of your day and your edited JPEG images, delivered digitally through a private online gallery that is ready to share with the people you love. Additional hours, a second photographer and an engagement session can be added to create the collection that suits you best, and The Heirloom collection includes a wedding album. Prints, canvas and framed wall art can be ordered directly from your online gallery. See everything that is included on our Collections page.
How many hours of coverage will we need?
Our starting package includes up to six hours of coverage, which comfortably covers the ceremony, portraits and the heart of most receptions. Most couples add two hours, for eight in total, so that everything from getting ready to the final dance is beautifully preserved. Coverage can be extended up to twelve hours for full-day celebrations.
Do we need a second photographer?
Our packages begin with one photographer, and a second photographer can be added to any wedding. We highly recommend one for celebrations with more than 100 guests. A second photographer allows us to document both of you getting ready at the same time, capture your ceremony from more than one angle and preserve even more candid moments with your guests.
How far in advance should we book our photographer?
We recommend reserving your photographer as soon as your wedding date and venue are confirmed. Your photographer is one of the first vendors worth securing, as the most sought-after dates are often reserved well in advance.
What is the process for booking your wedding services?
To reserve your date, we require a signed contract and a $1,000 retainer, which is applied to your total. The remaining balance is due on or before your wedding date. We will send your contract by email for you to review and sign. About six weeks before your wedding, we will start your wedding day itinerary together and send a short, private questionnaire, and two weeks before, we will finalize your plan.
How many wedding photos will we receive?
Every wedding is unique and beautiful in its own way. Typically, we deliver around 750 to 1,100 photographs. We carefully set aside any image where someone is blinking, caught mid-expression or otherwise unflattering; beyond that, we never hold photos back from you.
How long will it take to receive our wedding photos?
Typically, we aim to deliver your wedding photos within four weeks of the event. During the busy season it can take slightly longer, in which case we will let you know. Rest assured that you will never have to wait more than five to six weeks to receive your images.
Can we add an engagement session?
Absolutely. An engagement session can be added to any wedding package, at $850 for a one-hour session plus any applicable travel expenses. It is a relaxed way to become comfortable in front of the camera before your wedding, and the images are perfect for save-the-dates and your wedding website. You can see examples in our engagement portfolio.
Can we order wedding albums?
A wedding album is a beautiful, tangible way to preserve and revisit your favorite memories from the day. Albums are included in The Heirloom collection, and parent albums can be added at an additional cost.
Are you willing to travel for weddings?
We are available to travel for weddings and other private events. For locations within 50 miles of New York City, travel fees are included in our wedding photography or event package rate. If your wedding or event is farther away, we are happy to discuss the details and provide a customized rate.
What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
We recommend choosing a venue with a thoughtful rain plan. Most venues have an indoor space prepared in case of bad weather, and we adapt to it seamlessly. A little rain can even lend itself to some of the most romantic, atmospheric photographs of the day.
